Operations & Technology strategist with vast experience in large global businesses  & digital transformations at both Capgemini and Oracle and  running my own business. Innovator,  product & architecture leader for many Fortune 500 global companies in UK, Australia and USA.  Accountable for a $2B global strategy in Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, & Blockchain technologies. Founder and creator of retail trading platform that was acquired by Fortune 500 and Zig360 mobile app. MBA (Tech) at University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia.

Antonio has worked over 15 years developing software for industries like Fintech or clean energy among others. In the last 8 years he has held engineering managerial positions, leading international engineering teams across 3 different continents. Antonio is excited about using technology to democratize climate impact investing.

As a leader in creative and technology direction from  experience working on digital products and campaigns ranging from large organizations, such as Netflix, HBO, Riot Games, and SAP, to early-stage startups. Raphael creates bold and disruptive solutions from idea to execution. His understanding of human behavior and expertise in design and development of digital products allows me to solve problems and better user experiences — ultimately helping to shape and innovate the world we live in.

As an advocate for balancing the integrated roles of marketing and sales Tiffany brings more than a decade of marketing and sales experience to the team. Throughout her career, Tiffany has relied on analytics to make data-based decisions and has a strong understanding of innovative methods that cultivate company growth. This experience has given her a seep appreciation for continuing her education and staying ahead of the curve.

• Karen focuses on procuring carbon offsets and removal credits from innovative new technologies and projects, as well as investing in companies. 

  Karen has had a long career in corporate and infrastructure finance, including senior positions at Lehman Brothers, Robert Fleming and the EBRD in London.  A carbon market pioneer, she raised and invested two prize-winning carbon funds before 2010. More recently, Karen has advised and invested as principal in projects and companies which use carbon revenues to execute on decarbonisation strategies, in both natural capital and industrial solutions, as well as to reduce investment risk. 

  Karen serves on the boards of Riverstone Energy Ltd and TT Intl's Environmental Solutions Fund. As a visiting lecturer  at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Doerr School of Sustainability, she will be co-teaching an inaugural course on the carbon markets.

• Bob is an HR leader and startup advisor with over 25 years of progressive HR experience in both start-up and large technology companies. He is an active member in numerous People Leader Networks partnering to drive growth, thought leadership, and innovation in the Future of Work.
• With 6 years experience as a startup advisor, Bob currently advises two other early-stage WorkTech start-ups, on matters related to product feedback, GTM and marketing strategies. He is passionate about helping organizations excel through people, with extensive knowledge in the areas of recruitment, talent management, engaging work cultures, learning & development, compensation and benefits. He is passionate about sharing his insights and perspectives on HR, Sustainability and start-up operations topics.
• He has held SHRM-CP, PHR-CA and CIPD credentials, and graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a BA in Psychology.
